Password Reset Problems
Email Not Arriving
Requesting a password reset initiates an email. If this email hasn't arrived, check spam, junk, and any filters. Confirm that the email address on the account is correct and that it is not a school email blocking external mail
Timing and Multiple Requests
If multiple reset requests were sent, only the most recent link may work. Wait a few minutes and then try the latest email
Still Having Trouble
If you still cannot reset your password after several attempts, contact support with your name and email and we can troubleshoot and/or reset your password for you: support@nomadicprofessor.com
