# Course Not Showing On The Dashboard

## Typically Related To Group Enrollment

#### **Check Group Enrollment**

Make sure the student has been added to the correct Group on the***My Groups*** page. Students only see courses attached to the Group they are in

#### **Sync and Refresh**

Have the student log out and log back in, then refresh the dashboard. Sometimes a brief delay occurs after changes are made to a Group. Try logging in from an incognito tab as caching can cause issues with course loading

#### **Confirm Course Attachments**

If several students in the same Group do not see a course, contact support to confirm that the correct courses are attached to that Group: support@nomadicprofessor.com
