How Completion is Calculated
Course completion is based on the number of Sessions or Topics marked complete by spending time on the page and then selecting "Next Topic" or "Next Session" at the bottom of the page. Instructors can manually check off completed Sessions and Units for work submitted by hand and not graded within the system
Have Students Recheck Sessions
Ask the student to return to the course outline and confirm that each Session and subsection shows as completed.
When to Contact Support
If the percentage still appears incorrect after reviewing Sessions, send support the student’s name, course, and what completion you believe is accurate so we can examine the course data: support@nomadicprofessor.com
