Transferring course access to a younger sibling

NP Lifetime Purchases Can Be Transferred To Non-Simultaneous Users Within The Same Family

The only context in which course access can be transferred from one user to another is when

  1. the course has been purchased for life,

  2. the users are within the same household (usually siblings), and

  3. only one user will be taking the course at a time (i.e., the first user is finished, and the next user is taking over because they've aged into the program).

In this context resetting course progress and transferring of account ownership will need to be taken care of by NP support—email us at support@nomadicprofessor.com with the current user's name and email, as well as the new user's name and email, and the transaction can usually happen with 48 hours, if not the same day you reach out.
