Renewals and Extending Access

Standard Access Periods

Access to NP courses can come through many channels. Users who have made a course purchase or subscription directly from nomadicprofessor.com will have lifetime access (course purchase) or access for the duration of their active subscription (catalog subscription). If you've come to us through a third party, your access period can range from a fixed number of semesters, to a fixed number of months.

When You Might Need an Extension

If you've come to us through a third party and you have run up against the end of your access period before finishing your course(s), you may reach out to request an extension. In some cases we will have agreements in place with your third party and we will follow those guidelines, in others we will grant the extension on our own. 

How to Request More Time

If you need to extend access, email support@nomadicprofessor.com with the student’s name, your account email, and the course in question. We will let you know what options are available based on when and how your course was purchased.
