Refund Policy

General Overview

Refund eligibility depends on how the original purchase was made, and the policies of the ESA, charter, other third-party, and/or payment method used. Some programs do not allow refunds after funds have been disbursed.

Direct Credit Card Refunds

For direct parent-pay credit card purchases, full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Contact support with your order details to initiate the refund: support@nomadicprofessor.com.

ESA and Charter Purchases

For ESA and charter-funded purchases, any refunds or reversals must follow the rules of that program. In many cases, funds cannot simply be returned to a family’s card and instead must flow back through the ESA or school system. You'll need to initiate this process with the source of your funding.

Effect on Access

When a refund is processed, student access to the associated courses will be removed. We will communicate clearly before finalizing a refund.
