# Finding Receipts

#### **Finding Receipts Direct Pay Receipts**

When you pay by credit card on our website, a receipt is automatically emailed to the address used at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folders if you do not see it within a few minutes.

#### **ESA and Marketplace Receipts**

If you ordered through a marketplace like ClassWallet, your primary receipt will usually live in that portal. Log into your ESA or marketplace account to download official payment confirmations.

#### **Requesting a Copy from Nomadic Professor**

If needed, we can provide a copy of your order information for reference. Email support with your name, account email, and approximate purchase date so we can locate your transaction: support@nomadicprofessor.com.
