Using ESA or State Programs
General ESA Process
Most ESA-style programs follow the same pattern: you log into your program portal, access the marketplace or approved vendor list, select The Nomadic Professor, and then complete ordering according to your program’s rules.
Vendor Approval
Because policies differ by state and program, always verify that The Nomadic Professor is listed as an approved vendor before initiating an order. If you do not see us, reach out to us and your ESA program or school to get the process started: support@nomadicprofessor.com.
After Your ESA Order
Once your order has been approved and processed in the ESA system, we receive confirmation and activate the appropriate courses and seats on your account. We will email you with any next steps, such as how to access your group and enroll students.
