Using ClassWallet

Starting in the Marketplace

Log into your ClassWallet (or similar) account and look for a button like “Start Shopping” or “Marketplace.”

Finding The Nomadic Professor

Search for “The Nomadic Professor” in the marketplace search bar. Click on our vendor tile to open our store page.

Redirect to Our Website

From the marketplace store page, you will be redirected to our website. Browse available courses and bundles, then proceed to checkout.

Completing Checkout

Instead of entering credit card details, you will see a “Checkout with ClassWallet” (or equivalent) button. Use this to complete your purchase using your ESA funds. After payment is processed, we create or update your group and seats on The Nomadic Professor side.

Vendor Tile Not Appearing

If you cannot find "The Nomadic Professor" in the marketplace search, double-check spelling and filters, and make sure you're using the full business name: "The Nomadic Professor." You may wish to scroll through the available vendors if it doesn't appear in a search, as search functions can filter out the name you're looking for based on unique abbreviations or other ways of listing our company name. If it still does not appear, contact support@nomadicprofessor.com to confirm our vendor status in your state. 

Checkout Button Missing

If you do not see a “Checkout with ClassWallet” (or equivalent) button on our site after coming from the marketplace, try refreshing the page or starting the process again from inside your marketplace account. Clearing your browser cache or using an incognito (privacy tab) which eliminates cache and cookies may also resolve the problem. 

Insufficient Funds

If your marketplace says you do not have enough funds, you may need to adjust your cart or wait until more funds are available. We are not able to override funding limits in ESA systems.
